PRIVATE Traditional Cuban Cooking Class in Miami
Overview
Cuban food is some of the most flavorful food you’ll try and being in Miami it is an absolute must try! Cuban cooking ingredients are simple, yet savory, and the style of cooking has been influenced by many peoples that passed through the island, including the Spaniards, the Africans, the French and the native peoples.
In our quaint private residence, meet your cooking instructor and take part in a hands-on cooking lesson to include making an appetizer, a main course, and dessert. Other sample appetizers and libations will be available for your enjoyment, too! You’ll also have the opportunity to take home a copy of the recipes to so you can make a Cuban feast for your friends back at home! (Note that depending on availability and time of year, classes may be done indoors or in our outside patio area.)

What To Expect
In our quaint private residence, meet your cooking instructor and take part in a hands-on cooking lesson to include making an appetizer, a main course (ropa vieja), and a cocktail. You'll learn how to make your very own mojitos! Other sample appetizers and libations will be available for your enjoyment, too! You’ll also have the opportunity to take home a copy of the recipes to so you can make a Cuban feast for your friends back at home!
Your family-style meal will then include other delicious foods that have been carefully and traditionally prepared in advance.
PLEASE NOTE: this is for private groups of 6 or more guests. If you are less than 6 guests, we can still accept your reservation, but you would pay for the minimum of 6 guests for the class. Gracias!
