Typical airboat tour through the Everglades. Not very long, but you travel at a very high speed, and you see magnificent alligators. The small post-tour show is also very nice!

Fun times in the Everglades!
This experience was the best! Our guide tried as hard as he could to find manatees and dolphins, we were able to see both! When looking for shells, we got to enjoy the water for a little bit also. Our guide shared lots of stories and answered lots of questions. Would highly recommend this trip!!

Robert was a wonderful guide! He was patient with the ground and allowed us time to actually see the alligators and take some pictures. I would recommend this tour. We saw many alligators up close and even saw a gigantic iguana! Robert made sure to point it out and stopped so we could see and take pictures. The ride was fun and awesome! The show afterwards was nice and full of great information. And you see alligators up close in an arena. Highly recommend. The gift shop was nice too

We purchased tickets for the Sunset Cruise. We chose not to have dinner on board but we able to buy drinks and apps. Both were fairly good. The narration was good and the views were great. Sunset was beautiful. We boarded early and managed to secure an outside table on the back of the second deck which was shaded by the third deck. It was great for viewing however there wasn’t enough of a breeze (in August) to compensate for the heat and direct sunlight streaming in under the ceiling. If you don’t mind the heat, or if you’re sailing in the cooler months, it’s a great spot. Otherwise choose an inside table on the left side of the ship for more shade!

Cool Everglades was easy to book with. Unfortunately, halfway through our excursion bad weather was happening in South Florida, and we had to turn back, not completing the tour. They were very happy to help me get a partial refund and I am grateful I am looking forward to taking the same tour the next time I am in South Florida and will be booking with Cool Everglades. I was expecting a problem getting my refund and they just made it so easy to do business with.

(Went in July) would recommend bringing some mosquito or bug spray which I wasn’t aware of. There was a lot of mosquitos out on the beach we went to the for the sunset cruise, and picking shells, as well as quite a few mosquitoes once dusk hit and we would make various stops or go slower on the boat. Every booking experience is different. This trip we did not see any manatees, but did see a couple dolphins and various birds around the area, also a lot of aligators. Captain John made it a great experience. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the wildlife, and had a great sense of humor which made it a very fun experience. I would definetly recommend going on sunset cruise and requesting it with captain John if possible.

Great trip in my life
This was an amazing trip booked on the day because of the beautiful weather. We are so pleased that we did, as it was amazing. The captain, Santiago, was welcoming and very knowledgeable about the area and the tarpon fish. The boat itself, in my humble opinion, was the nicest of those available that day. A great experience and well worth the money! If you don't own a boat, I thoroughly recommend this trip!!

Really good day of fishing. The captain, Chris, was helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout our trip. He was really helpful in showing what rigs to use and what bait. The boat is kept in top-notch condition and clean. We caught plenty of yellowtail and also spotted seatrout. I would highly recommend it for a day's fishing, whether you are a novice or seasoned angler. It caters to everyone.

Captain Dallas is the best!
Captain Dallas was the best. The boat was nice and shaded for the hot weather. We saw three manatees,then went out into the Everglades and saw lots of dolphins. He even got one of them to play with the wake behind the boat. He was kind with my special-needs daughter and explained to her personally the area and the animals. He also gave us valuable information about Marco Island and restaurants and Everglades information. It’s a must do!

We visited here today (Saturday ) we purchased our tickets online and arrive around 10 am. They do not have scheduled times . You just come during business hours. Easy process. There is a park fee of $8 per person . We paid $ 29 per ticket prior to arrival and then $8 at the park. It was work every penny spent! Our guide was great and funny too! The gators swim rite up to the boat. My son was a little spooked . They had a show afterwards that was great Also and included in price.y husband wanted to leave but we decided to stay for the show and he was so glad that we did . Highly recommend !
